28 July 2010 Section 292 A does not prescribe the minimum number of audit committee meetings to be held. What should be the ideal minimum number of audit committee meetings that need to be held during the year. Also what period should should be considered as criteria for calculating the minimum number of audit committee meetings?

28 July 2010 Let me tell you the practice am following. Am holding 4 AC meeting in a year in sync with a listed company for each quarter to adopt the quarterly result.

We adopt quarter results of our unlisted public company (subsi of listed) and forward the same to the board of listed co.

So you may hold 4 AC meeting in a year.
