23 September 2011 Our company Mongia Steel Limited has been changed from Mongia Hi-Tech Pvt. Ltd to Mongia Steel Ltd. on dtd. 31.01.2011. I want to know whether the balance sheet for 31.03.11 will be made in the name of Mongia Steel ltd. or Mongia Hi-Tech Pvt. Ltd.

23 September 2011 I think in the name of Mongia Steel ltd because the company Mongia Hi-Tech Pvt.Ltd doesn't existing on 31.03.2011. But wait for some experts response.
