i want to ask that
section-139(1) says that that auditor appointment is ratify by members in gm every year but what if not ratified
then he continue or not...

if not ratified in relation to provision of section 139(2) then he will continue to be as Auditor till the expiry of term of 5 years

sir it is not a casual vacancy and filled by director in 30 days
