If a Private Ltd. co. is required to audit its a/c in case its Turn Over or Gross Receipts is less than limit as per Income Tax?

Yes, if the turnover or gross receipts of the pvt ltd company exceeds the limit for tax audit, then such company shall get its accounts audited under the income tax act.

Statutory Audit is mandatory for every company under section 224 of the companies act, 1956.
