Cash Flow Statement(CFS) Vs. Cash Budget
CFS gives us the Net increase/decrease in the cash and cash equivalents over the period of 12 months in the Financial Year.
Cash Budget gives us an idea(estimate) as to how much cash is or will be needed in the prescribed period to carry on operating activities smoothly.
