I have COP and also got firm name approval, can I perform audit and attestation function with firm name approved by ICAI or I will have to wait till registration of the firm completed. plz answer immediately.

Send ur applucation in prescribed form for registration of ur firm and after receiving the confirmation letter from icai then only use ur firm name. By the time u can do any work in your individual name.

Till you register the firm name you cannot do any audit, certification work or any other matter in the name of the firm but as you are registered member you can do the attestation in your individual name with membership Number.
