21 June 2017 Hi....My query is can a 'CA in SERVICE' attest documents required to be submitted to ICAI. And if yes then whether a stamp is compulsory or he can simply sign and write his membership number. please suggest.

21 June 2017 Yes, any CA whether in service or practice can attest documents which are to be submitted in institute and if CA who is attesting documents are "CA in service" there is no requirement of stamp
