Before Posting The Exam Form Is It Required To Get Attested It..If Yes Than By Whom??

Attestation before posting is mandatory. If undergoing articles, get attested by your principal. If not, by any member of ICAI.

If you still serving as a articled trainee from your Principal, otherwise from any CA who is into Practice or not but holding valid ICAI Membership Number.
