Dear Sir,
My final attempt is due on May, 2017. I completed partial articleship from 24.09.2014 to 16.07.2015. After that I take transfer under another CA from 17.07.2015 to 25.09.2017 i.e. balance period of articleship. According to ICAI I have taken excess leave of 58 days. I want to know, whether I am eligible for May, 2017 exam or not?
Please reply as earlier as possible.

if you are able to finish your 2.5 yrs training before 1st may... u wil b eligble...
so in this case calculate the date of completion with excess leaves and then check

don't look for finishing date.. look for completing 2.5 yrs training as on before 1st may
