18 September 2012 Pl.explain & guide on the following,

1.An ITR is filed,accepted,processed & refund is paid.What is the time period for issue/release of Assessment Order by IT dept.from the date of finalisation of the return.

2.In absence of receipt of AO which authorities is to be approached, ie the ward which has accepted the return or others.
