Assessment of minor trusts

The minor beneficiary trust is formed and the trust objects permit the trust to carry out any type of business from which the trust derives its income from business. As these trusts are assessed as individuals will the progressive tax rate structure shall be levied or it owuld be taxed at Marginal tax rates?

The position would be clear whether the share of beneficiary in DETERMINATE or not.
