Assesment year 2008-2009 wrongly accepted demand

08 September 2022 dear sir, i was selected for scrutiny of yr.2008-2009 and ao raised demand of rs 60000 and i paid the in 2010 and later portal again raised demand for the same amount in 2020 and my income tax
vakil by mistake again accepted the same and outstanding amount with int. come to demand.my vakil was unfair with this that he should agree or not agree with demand and he done the mistake
please advice me what to now

If yes furnish payment details against the demand.
