15 June 2016 I have plan sales machinery so I have as such sale duty made five lakh our part-2 balance is 3 lakh I will be paid two lakh at that time e-payment please give me reply

16 June 2016 yes you can adj the duty with cenvat C part a/c bal will be paid by the e challan under your excise number.
