sir, i have sale my car at 100000/- on 10-09-2013, at that my opening balance as per SLM is 150000 as on 1/4/2013,rate of depreciation is 10% then how to calculation will made as per company law 1956?????

then cacl depreciation from 1/4/2013 till 10/9/2013 @ 10% for propertionate period and find wdv on date of sale i.e 10.9.1956
