The company sold some old machine for 1 crore.The details of the cost of the machinery are not available since the entire recording relating to fixed assets has been destroyed in earthquake.

Generally, the audited balance sheets are wth the CAs as well, so ine can get the op balance of asset from that... Bt if anythng is not possible, than a nominal value is considered as cost of such asset, consdering various aspects...
