Articlwship leave adjustment by itt and orientation programm

09 March 2015 Dear All,
One of my Friend submitted his form 108 and not getting his Articleship completion Certificate due to 10 days excess leave.
But,The leaves taken by him for ITT and Orientation Programmes are not deducted from them.
Can he ask from ICAI about 10 days leave taken for ITT and Orientation leave.If yes,than which documents required to claim for above 10 days leave.

10 March 2015 u must have taken care while filing the form... u are eligible for these leaves but u need to fill details in forms.. i think u must attach a written application with signature of ur CA also with training certificates and forward it to inst.
