Articleship under direct entry scheme

13 September 2014 Hello Sir, as per regulation under direct entry scheme we have to undergo articleship of 9 months before appearing in ipcc exam, so after exam do we have to take transfer or we can directly start further articleship after exam. Thanks

18 September 2014 please note that the condition is that you should have completed 9 months of articleship. Thats it. It doesn't mean that:

1. you have to stop after completion of 9 months

2. take transfer after that period or after exams (though you can take transfer if you wish to any number of times during first year of articleship)

you need to continue serving articleship for three years. please dont take breaks therein
