Articleship transfer in second year

Respected sir,I want to take transfer from current city to hometown.Which is 120 kms away from my current city.what will be the proceedure for it.please help sir

For taking articleship transfer from the existing the CA Firm, the CA Student is required to furnish Articleship Transfer Form 109 duly signed by the CA wherein he is doing his articleship.

Before submitting Form 109 to ICAI for transfer in the 2nd & 3rd year, the article assistant shall make a request on a plain paper with recommendations of the existing CA wherein he is doing his articleship for transfer of articleship along with evidence/proof (self-attested by the article assistant). Respected sir,what will be the proceedure for taking prior approval from ICAI for taking transfer after 1 year.Please help sir.

write a letter to ICAI asking permission to transfer along with reason for transfer.
