19 October 2014 Hi.. I am a CA final student and its my second year of articleship... I want to take transfer due to shift of business of my family... my query is whether rent agreement enough as a proof of transfer.. nd will institute allow me to take transfer on the basis of rent agreement?? If rent agreement is not a valid proof than what should i give as a proof?? Please rply fast... Thanks

19 October 2014 the regulations dont provide for change of location on account of family business changes. so very well possible that application may not be accepted.
