Articleship transfer in 2nd yr on medical ground

Sir, I have taken the transfer on 30-6-2016 and submit the form 109 to the icai after 20 days and icai send me a letter asking about reason for transfer. Can I submit medical certificate from the date of 25-6- 2016 to 30-10- 2016 .

Yes u have to submit the reason as in 2 nd year transfer is allowed only on certain grounds.
Medical grounds can be granted as base of transfer

Sir I wanted to know that medical certificate is required before the period of transfer or after the period of transfer
