Articleship transfer and effect on ca final eligibility

06 April 2013 Does the length of time gap in between date of transfer of articleship and subsequent registration with new principal affect student's eligibility to appear in the particular CA final exam ? Urgently needed

06 April 2013 A student should complete the required training period as on the date of the examination.

If due to the delay in getting re-registered the student falls short of the required period he will NOT be eligible to appear in the exams.

I had heard that there is rule that re-registration should be done within 1 .month of taking transfer from earlier firm. Actually this is not true and eligibility varies from case to case basis. Am I right, Sir?

Sir, would you please go through my case. below and correct me so that I won't loose my eligibility for Nov 14.
I had initially registered. for articleship on on 8th March 12, have taken leaves for 57 days , and have taken transfer wef 6th March. 13, so if I get to manage my leaves including 57 days mentioned above within 1/6th of total articleshp served and reregister for articleship on or before 27th April 2013 , I will be eligible for Nov 14, am I right, sir? Plz reply.
