Articleship transfer after 1 year

20 September 2014 Sir, we are living in visakhapatnam. My father will do business. We are thinking to shift to other city. I completed 18months of articleship. Whats the procedure of taking transfer in my case? Should i send any proof to institute that my family is shifting to other city

20 September 2014 ICAI permits transfer on the basis of transfer of working parents. You can try your luck submit documents to show that your father has shifted business such as new registration etc. However, no guarantee ICAI will allow or not.

20 September 2014 well new rent agreement for house etc...whatever you can provide. However, as i said earlier, there is no guarantee that ICAI will approve or not.
