28 February 2011 Recently m working in the Mid- Size firm.
i hv completed 4 months of articleship Trainning.Now I want 2 take Transfer to another Firm , bt My Principle is Not Ready 2 Give Tansfer. Principle is Saying Tht it is not Firm's Policy....now wt shd i do, i want to take transfer and the firm will also not allow me for Industrial Trainning in the Last Year...:(

28 February 2011 All that I can say that you have to convince your employer, There is no way out ... I know this is sad and painful but ICAI does not adhere such type one sided (when it is from article's side ) of transfer request
