09 March 2008 is it is true that institute is going to ban the transfers? if yes then when this rule is going to apply. plz help me as i want to take transfer as my CA is not allowing me for some holidays and even he is not paying us stipend. can i transfer before rule passes?

09 March 2008 u can't take tr. within 6 month of your articleship. after that u can take tr. if there is geniune cause. if your priciple is not giving the stipend then u can complain to the institute. you will Definitely get.

10 March 2008 in 3 yrs of articleship u have right to get 4 & half months as holideys, as well as u have also rigth to get stipend according to ICAI. if your principle is not do the same so u have right to take a complaint action against your princle.
