28 April 2015 Dear sir,

I have applied for taking transfer after one year of articleship
I have submitted form 109 ..no objection certificate from ca and all medical reports
The date of my termination of articleship is 27 march 2015 ..
I am waiting for icai approval. .
Can I get registered under new ca before getting the approval. .

Whether my final attempt would be delayed or not? ?

29 April 2015 first attempt delays on the basis of date of completion..

secondly have a telephonic talk and confirms and once they confirm u can move on to new firm ...
