dear Sir/ madam
I am doing article ship, I completed my one year of articles. I want to take termination from my principal, he is also ready to give termination. I want to join at other firm. now can I join in other firm without losing my final attempt ( I don't want to go for industrial training). please suggest me best way. I already studied the termination provisions but I'm not get clarification about the final attempt.

under which reason u wanna took transfer..because transfer without the given condition is nt allowed
