21 August 2014 I am pursuing my articleship in partnership CA Firm. My principal who is the partner of the firm is withdrawing his COP . So i am willing to take transfer in another firm.
His retirement date in the firm is 23-7-14 & has not yet withdrawn his COP. & till date i am pursuing my articleship over here. So what should be my termination date in form 109 & can i mention date of my termination after his retirement date?

21 August 2014 u should mention a date where he is having a valid cop and u working there suppose its 23-7-2014 u have worked and he is having it till 24-7-2014 for eg im sayingthen take 23.7.2014

21 August 2014 so i can take my transfer date as after retirement date of the partner but before his COP withdrawl date?
