Hiii,
I am in my first year of Articleship and i am not finding my firm suitable, so i want transfer but my principal refused to give me a transfer.
So, guys please suggest me what do i do next to get transfer???

Bhanu u can take transfer in 1st year without providing any reason, but principal's consent is must. So what u need to do is to convince ur principal, regarding ur transfer.

u can take transfer in first year without any restrication bus only approval of your present boss required
