Articleship transfer

31 May 2014 Do i need to obtain permission from ICAI for transfer of my articles in first year, that too before obtaining permission from my principal??? I will make form 109 signed by my principal... what to do next should i send it to ICAI? If so to what address

31 May 2014 no permission is required in the first year. just execute the Form 109 and submit the same to ICAI. simultaneously execute fresh 102 and 103 with the new principal and submit 103 to ICAI too.

31 May 2014 thanks sir... sir plz tell me the address if possible! should i send it to the same address which i sent my 103 & 103 earlier????

02 June 2014 Sir, I've sent my form 103(wen i first joined my articles in march)on 26th of march 2014 through speed post to ICAI... till now i didn't get any CONFIRMATION LETTER or REGISTRATION LETTER/IDENTITY CARD from ICAI... So, even if i din't get it can i apply for TRANSFER OF ARTICLES? How can i get to know that i've registered to articles?? Can i check my articleship status any where at ICAI website???
