06 May 2014 can anyone answer me
my article ship is 1 year n 2 month completed if now i like to transfer n if my principal is give me transfer n sign than i need to give reason for transfer n it's easy to get or not

06 May 2014 yes u need to first seek icai's permission by making an application to icai stating the reasons for the same and only when they allow u in writing then only u can send signed form 109 else ur form will not be accepted.

06 May 2014 you need to be eligible under any of the clause provided in regulation 56(1). otherwise no transfer allowed after completion of 1st year.
