Articleship transfer

02 May 2014 I need to know that if articleship id card is necessary to be attached with form 109 for transfer in 2nd year of articleship because I never got id card or registration letter while registration although my principal got the registration letter. I have already got permission from icai regarding transfer. Now i just need to get form 109 signed..
