If my employer not give me transfer with in the 1 year of articleship then what are the remedies available to me then I can easily take transfer

there is no other legal way of taking transfer as u need to take his signature else icai will not allow u transfer...

But in the 1 year there is no restriction

so even in 1st year u need to take ur principles signature on form 109 to take transfer.
