Hello all. I have a doubt if my Articleship transfer will be accepted by the institute or not. i was registered as an article on 30/10/2012 in Delhi, and i took transfer from Delhi and filled form 109 and dated it by 22/10/2013. afterwards i joined a mid firm in my hometown Amritsar on 23/10/2013(next day) i.e without any gap of some days. will institute accept my transfer? if not what actions can he take against me.

During the first year of article ship, you can take transfer without prior approval and without any reason.
So if you joining article ship in next day of transfer will not be consider for your transfer approval.
The Institute will not be aware on the date of transfer that you are going to join next day.

It is valid transfer,no doubt, and it is valid for sure
.

But as you are re-registering in other place,,it is recommended to re-register by giving atleast one day gap and send form 103 accordingly to avoid issues
