Articleship transfer

29 April 2013 I have submitted form 109 for the taking transfer from current articleship from 01/05/2013. Now if I start my new articleship say from 06/05/2013, then is the 5 days considered as leaves (which are permissible under the rules i.e. 156 days)?

02 May 2013 that 5 days are lapsed and due to that 5 days your date of compelection of new article ship would be 5 days more than earlier one.
