I am working as Articled assistant in a firm in Bangalore and also persuing BCom2nd year in Bangalore.I have already informed ICAI in my articleship form about my Bcom degree.I wish to get transferred to Hyderabad for my Articles due to personal reasons.Will Bcom be a hindrance to this???Will ICAI question me as to how i can do articles in one place and graduation in another place??Will my BCom get cancelled coz of this transfer??

How do you doing B.com. I.e is it as regular course without crashing of your articleship training timings or under correspondence course. Is you doing correspondence course then no question of attending of classes so no question of your doubt. In case you doing it regular then you have to transfer your B.com also to Hyderabad otherwise your question raises and ICAI doesn't permit you to do B.com.

Im doing it in regular evening colg so it doesnt clash with my articleship.I cannot do Bcom in hyd coz i have already completed 2yrs of Bcom and now shifting to hyd for 3rd year is not possible. Osmania or any university doesnt have such facility.
