16 August 2013 m in second year of my articleship. due to some prsnl reasons i hv to shft back to my hometown so hv to discontinue my articleship in my present firm. my principal has given me noc for the same.
just want to know how much tym it takes to get permision from the institute regarding the same.
as i hv send all the neccesary documents to them on 10th july 2013. but dint gt any respond from their side yet.
plz help

16 August 2013 Don't worry friend you will soon get confirmation letter from institute.

This process takes time usually 10-15 days. As you submitted the necessary documents a month back and didnt get any confirmation yet.

I would suggest contact your concerned region office (NIRC/CIRC/WIRC/EIRC as the case may be) for the same.

Also contact your ex principal as institute sends confirmation letter to principal firm also.

16 August 2013 my ex-principal hasnt rcvd any confirmation from the institute yet. i tried calling regional office but they arnt pckng up the phone.
n bcoz of that i m still working with my ex-principle bt their attitude towards me is vry harsh n they are behaving so rudely with me n is not givng me any work from past month m jst sitting idle . i dont know wt i should do now
