articleship tranfer after one year

hi all,
i am done with one year 4months of artcleship.i am planning to take tranfer due to parent helath issue and settle in my home town..auditor has already agreed to this..ie we both have mutual consent..can this ground be accepted by icai? if yes how can i proceed further..kindly advice..
