My CA force me to work for 10 hours a day and he also said that he has mark the attendance only for 7 hours and not count any excess work he threat me if i not do as he wish he will spoil my carrier and written at the time of termination that i am not attending office regularly and also i am not serious in work and do misbehaviour in office. He also told me that to written an application for 2 and half month leave for examination but in reality he will give me only leave for 1 month. he has already mark absent on attendance register on those days which i have already attend. please suggest me a way out.

My dear friend students also has the provisions to report on employer miss behavior institute strictly says articleship terms and conditions i think u know very well about it if u have any evidence about his tarcher and franks u say(Like maintanance of work dairy) then don't worry if u feel like report to the institute on ur employer behavior ICAI defiantly help u otherwise contact ICAI about u problem. If you do not have any objection for 10 Hrs working then no problem but every day when you come to office you put the timing of entering and when you leave the office then also put the timing.
If this does not work then write a letter to the ICAI explaining the facts and just show your boss that you are sending this letter to the ICAI. If he still continues then posit that letter to ICAI your problem will be taken up and things will be sorted out.
