Sir if the employer refused to give transfer in first year of training then can we start articleship with anothr employer from starting

Hi
If you have submitted your article ship documents with Institute and they have approved your article ship registration, then you can not get transfer without submitting Form-109.
Request for transfer not accompanied by consent of Principal shall not be accepted.
In case of dispute between principal and articled assistant, the matter be settled amicably among the articled assistant and the principal concerned and the Institute shall not interfere in such cases.
