Articleship termination in final year

sir/madam, i am CA final year student and also pursuing final year of articleship. I want to take transfer from articleship and my principal is allowing me for transfer during final year(i.e. we both are mutually agree on transfer). Now my question is this whether can i take transfer by simple submitting Form 109(i.e. transfer form) or required to take prior approval of president of ICAI by submitting an application. please reply what is the provision.

u need to take prior approval since ur not in ur 1st year else it will be rejected.
