25 March 2008 Is there any chances for the principle to ask for refund of stipend paid in excess of ICAI's fixed amount?

25 March 2008 no i don't think there is any chance of principle askin for refund of stipend paid in excess of institute's guidelines. Feel free i think a principal will never ask for refund of stipend.

he may have paid this on his will only so he cant ask for the refund.
