Is there any chances for the principle to ask for refund of stipend paid in excess of ICAI's fixed amount?

no i don't think there is any chance of principle askin for refund of stipend paid in excess of institute's guidelines. Feel free i think a principal will never ask for refund of stipend.

is there any guidelines from the institute regarding this? i've already send a mail to the ICAI long back but no reply yet.
