07 June 2018 Sir, please help me that am an article student cleared first group entered through CPT Route.I am planning to take a termination for 6 months in articleship due to some health issues.So will I be able to write ipcc second group coming examz or attempts?
Please kindly give me a reply sir.

07 June 2018 then why do you want to take termination on health grounds (even if there is a genuine health issue). take a normal transfer. whichever firm you want to join, join on paper today itself and remain on leave..

having said that, even if you take termination at this stage, it should not affect your attempt

07 June 2018 Am planning to take termination because i havent passed my second group and i also have some personal problems at home and the doctor told me to take rest for 2 months ie till Aug after that exam time is also near.So am planning to re join the articleship after this nov 2018 attempt.So if take the termination will I be able to write examz in nov attempt?

07 June 2018 you should be able to write as there is no condition barring you from writing the group 2 without having a continuation in articleship. Hope the other issues at home will get resolved soon :)

What evidence should I submit for terminating my articleship for my marriage being fixed and moving to Netherlands(Amsterdam)?

21 January 2019 I dont think you become eligible for transfer just on account of marriage getting fixed. You may be eligible once marriage is solemnised. So once the marriage is registered, submit marriage certificate along with the details of relocation.

Am planning to terminate the articleship.So what evidence should I submit for getting permission from ICAI to terminate the articleship?

22 January 2019 if you just wish to stop it completely and not rejoin any other CA, anywhere, then why are so bothered. Once you get married, let your principal write to ICAI informing that you have stopped the article ship. Give him the proof such as marriage invite, marriage certificate etc
