Sir,I have completed my 10 months of articleship.because of Hyderabad's environment is not suitable to me .I asked termination to my employer.but he is not ready to give me termination.
Please help me what procedure shall I follow to take termination.

without his sign u canot take a valid transfer as icai will also not allow
