Articleship termination

27 June 2014 Dear sir,
I completed 9 months of my articles. Due to health reasons i want to take termination in my present firm and want to register in same firm under other partner who has practice near my house. Does institute put any restrictions on taking termination from one partner and registering with other partner in same firm?
Please help me out.

27 June 2014 In first year of articleship transfers are permissible

no where i had see this that u cant change partners and all....

so its allowed or if u want to sure ans. u can also confirm from helpline no..

waise i think m right in this regard

27 June 2014 you must have to take prior permission on a simmple application dear signed and recommended by your principal first to icai then u can send form 109

I do not want to continue with my present principal as he is harsh and providing me leave for exams. How can i mention this reason in the letter
