sir iam in my 1st year of articleship at banglore.i want to take termination from present employer.should i obtain permission from institute.i joined 2 months ago will there be any problem

Yes, You can take transfer by submitting Form-109 with Institute without any reason.
Such Form-109 will be signed by your principal.
No need to take prior approval from Institute for taking transfer. Only submit Form-109 with institute.
