Shud I get t signature of existing auditor(from whom I wanna terminate) for joining articles in new office under another new auditor?

For taking transfer from your principal, you will submit Form-109 with Institute signed by your principal from where you want to take transfer.
Your new principal will not sign form-109.

In addition to the above expert's reply in form 103 your new employer only shall be sign.
On form 109 previous employer's sign and on form 103(latest) new employer's sign required.

Yes, to take tranfer from articleship your boss permission is mandatory and you need to take his signature on form 109
