21 March 2008 i got offer for articleship in SNB,NEHRU PLACE.they are placing me only in taxation and no audit.plz advice me should i join to learn all work in medium firm or should i go for only taxation.
will in future problem arise in placements.
tell me big name matters or not.

U can learn more n more only in auditing i.e. go for medium firm

21 March 2008 It really does not matter from where you do it as long as u do it to the best of ur inner capabilities & in turn give it ur 110%.

Do not go by names, it could be deceptive.

21 March 2008 It will depend on whether you want to be expert in taxation. You may not be allrounder but you can be expert in the specific area. But according to me in audit all areas are included so you should go for medium firm.
