WHAT HAPPENS IF ARTICLESHIP REGISTRATION MADE AFTER 31ST OCTOBER....UNDER WHAT CIRCUMSTANCES ICAI WILL ACCEPT DELAY ?

ICAI dont bother when you will register for articleship

but you should send forms for registration to icai with in 30 days from date of transfer

there is no deadline for articleship registration. so there is no delay as such. except that your CA finals attempt shift by six months.
