08 August 2014 My friend have joined article ship on 31.10.2012 he also submitted form 112 for pursuing B. COM course. His graduation completed on 31.03.2014. But the college he joined is a regular college and timings overlapping. He never attended college. What is the consequence

08 August 2014 i believe you mean the date of completion is 31/03/2015! ICAI doesn't give permission where office timings clash with class timings.
