I am yet to reg for articleship. I got my forms filled and the stamp paper dated 28/09/2013. My principal is looking for an auspicious day for signing the forms. Will the delay be reflected on my date of joining articleship??

Your stamp paper should be as on or before the date of commencment of article ship otherwise your article ship registration will be rejected by Institute.

It should be submitted with in 30 days.

No, it should not be reflected.

07 October 2013 1)What ever day he may sign you can mention date of sign near by signature,,,but make sure your date of commencement of articleship is as when you have joined with your boss,,,

you may get your form 103 signed on different date but you can mention date of commencement of articleship where you can mention true date

2)in my opinion no problem with stampaper franking date..because we are not supposed to send form102 to icai and hence icai may not aware of form 102 and dates mentioned there in ,,

So dont need to bother about form 102,,however you can show your true date of articleship commencement date here also however date of sign in form 102 may differ no problem with this

07 October 2013 The date mentioned in 103 for the articleship commencement date is important,
It will be taken into the consideration as your articleship reg date...

However, your principal may sign it latter but it must be send to ICAI within 30 day from the date mentioned in the 103 without late fine..
